International woman piano session
Clásica, jazz, oriental, jarocha
Spain, Japan and Mexico.
The sun falls on the Roman Bridge, causing a fascinating image, a unique reflection in the Guadalquivir River that moves us inside. A Piano Session begins where Isabel Pérez Dobarro interprets the original and rhythmic works of Pauline Viardot, a prolific and brilliant composer of the 19th century. The sunset will continue under the spell of our history and the flamenco beat will raise the tone of the afternoon with Pepe Sánchez, composer, drummer and pianist, a reference in our musical culture accompanied by the dancer Pilar Díaz where we will enjoy a walk through the Cordoba Jewish quarter with works icon of the album “Aromas” created by Pepe Sánchez.
From the Andalusian land we travel to the Kushiro River where the jazz and oriental music of the Japanese Morimoto Sisters plays. Unique in surprising us and making us enjoy rhythms from Ennio Morricone to Japanese melodies.
From Japan we will land on the Papaloapan River, the port of beautiful sunsets where La Calandria, with the harp, the jarana, the guitarrón and the piano of Alonso Blanco, will immerse us in the purest “son jarocho” of Veracruz, Mexico.
