On Thursday, September 21st, IPF Guadalquivir kicks off with a musical extravaganza open to the city. The unique Novice Women’s Tuna Band will regale the evening with the catchiest and most beloved songs from both Spanish and Mexican musical traditions. Amidst “clavelitos” and “cielitos lindos,” we will parade through the streets of Córdoba from Plaza de la Corredera to Bulevar Gran Capitán. There, the female ensemble “Dee Dee ensemble” awaits to amaze you with a performance in the form of a dancing human keyboard set to the rhythm of swing. As the great Mayra Gómez Kent would say, this is as far as we can read.
